Cathy worked tirelessly to sell my home to facilitate a quick move from CA back to Texas. We listed the property in December 2022 - not the best time of year to sell a house! Cathy aggressively marketed the house resulting in a solid offer within 3 weeks (the average in LA at the time). I was thrilled at how quickly we received an offer considering the time of year - just before year-end holidays! My self-employed buyer had some hurdles to jump through to close the deal causing a few delays, but Cathy stayed on top of the deal - both with the buyer's agent and title company to ensure we stayed on track, but also to advise me as I made decisions about extensions and reassure me when my anxiety about a moving-target-close-date flared.
